Service Description
What we’ll cover in this 3-hour session: Setting up your Xero file (organisation details, chart of accounts basics). Customising your invoice templates (logo, branding, payment terms). Creating and sending invoices. Connecting bank feeds. Processing payments and receipts. Bank reconciliations (step by step). Basic tips & shortcuts to save time. What’s included: 3-hour live workshop with hands-on guidance. Digital workbook & cheat sheets. Snacks, tea & coffee (provided on the 30-min break) Follow-up support via email for any questions relating to the workshop content.

Bookings & Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited to ensure a quality learning environment. Cancellations & Refunds More than 48 hours before the workshop: Full refund or option to transfer to another date. 24–48 hours before the workshop: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before the workshop: Non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person. Minimum Numbers Workshops require a minimum of 4 participants to go ahead. If the minimum isn’t met, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. Client Discount Existing clients are entitled to a discounted rate of $175 (instead of $200).
